VISIT FROM OUR AREA AUTHORITY

From time to time we are blessed to have a visiting authority.  This past week Elder Kevin Duncan of the First Quorum of the Seventy and his wife were with us for three days of training.  Half of the mission was with him the first day; the other have the second, and the zone leaders the third.  He encouraged better use of time and daily study of the scriptures.  He told them to teach the "blessings of the gospel" rather than focusing on the all of the "shoulds." He emphasized that they weren't going to give them a rule for every situation.  They needed to govern themselves to a great degree.  It was a good experience for all.
